Technical Support Engineers

• Male, 21-25 years old, graduate of Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• At least 1 yr experience in a contact center or customer-focused environment handling technical concerns
• Must be computer literate, able to create rapport with customers
• Able to work under pressure and with high level of pressure tolerance
• Preferably CCNA certified or has taken CCNA courses

Account Managers

• Male or Female, Graduate of any 4-year Business, Communication, or IT-related course
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Knowledgeable in Networking and Data Communications concepts
• Minimum 3 years of solid Sales experience in a Telco or IT industry
• Excellent track record in ISP/IT Corporate Sales
• Experience in selling Wireless Leased Line is an advantage
