Prime Academy is a learning center designed to share our expertise in IP to select and valued customers. It is manned by a faculty composed of Cisco-certified engineers. Through this learning center, we aim to equip our customers with applicable knowledge in networking and IP communications. 

Being our customers' chosen IP communications partner, we are committed in bringing our IP expertise not only through the services we offer but also through knowledge sharing which aims to empower our customers' team and business.

Enrollment to the Prime Academy is by invitation only and given for free. We select existing customers and high-value prospects for this program based on actual and potential usage pattern and/or loyalty. 

Each school year starts in July and end in June of the following year.

Prime Academy is located beside our data center in our head office. It is a testament to our long-term investment in providing our customers service, first-rate and foremost.
